13-Piece Shotgun Microphone Kit

The Vidpro XM-55 kit delivers an 11-inch condenser shotgun microphone built from durable aluminum alloy for indoor and outdoor recording. Its super-cardioid pattern provides superb off-axis signal attenuation for focused audio pickup. The package suits interviews, film shoots, promotional videos and studio sessions where directional capture is essential.

Best for Solo Shooters and Small Crews

Videographers who need a complete, ready-to-run boom or on-camera setup will appreciate the included shock mount, stand mount and multiple mounting adapters. Buyers requiring wireless operation, built-in recording or phantom power supplied by the microphone itself should look at other solutions.

Versatile Connectivity and Wind Protection

Two audio cables — one long, one short on-camera version — terminate in XLR, 3.5 mm mini-plug and 6.3 mm AV connectors to match mixers, cameras and recorders. A furry wind muff and foam wind shield handle outdoor gusts while a cushioned hand grip adds comfort during handheld use.
