Viega Megapress Stainless 304 90 Degree Street Elbow

304 Stainless 90° Elbow

This Viega Megapress elbow changes pipe direction by 90 degrees in a compact street-to-press layout. The 304 stainless body resists corrosion in potable-water and hydronic systems. An FKM sealing element handles a wide temperature range and common additives. Smart Connect Technology makes unpressed joints visibly leak during a pressure test.

Press-tool installation no threading

The press connection removes the need for threading, welding or soldering on the press side, saving labour and eliminating open flame. The street end slides into a standard fitting or valve, freeing space where a female thread would add length. Installers need only a compatible press tool and jaws for the tube size. The joint is permanent and cannot be disassembled without cutting.
