Copper Press-Fit Tee

The Viega Propress 3/4 in copper tee joins three equal-sized copper tubes using press-fit connections on every branch. It is built for potable-water systems where a fast, flame-free joint is preferred over soldering. The rolled centre stop helps align each tube during installation.

200 psi Rating and Three-Way Flow

Rated for a maximum operating pressure of 200 psi, the fitting handles typical residential and light-commercial water pressures with headroom to spare. Each 3/4 in branch accepts the same tube size, so flow splits evenly without a reduction step. The EPDM O-ring seals on contact once pressed, leaving no path for leaks if the tool is calibrated.

Replaces Sweated Copper Tees

This tee replaces traditional sweat fittings where open flame is impractical or prohibited, cutting joint time and eliminating solder consumables. The jump is worth it on remodel work behind finished walls, in tight service chases, or on any job where a press tool is already on site. It does not suit systems that require threaded or flanged connections, nor installations where the tube size differs between branches.
