Magnetic phone grip
The ViewSonic M-Tap Tok is a soft-silicone magnetic grip that attaches to MagSafe-compatible iPhone models from the 12 series through the 17 series. It adds a fold-out finger loop for one-touch hold during texting, browsing or photography. The grip is intended for users who want a low-profile handle without a bulky case or ring.
3000 gauss hold
A 3000 gauss magnet provides a secure attachment for daily handling while allowing wireless charging to function normally. The silicone body weighs 27 g and measures 57.6 by 57.6 by 9.4 mm, adding minimal bulk and no active components. There are no moving parts that generate noise or draw power.
Fold-out loop only
The package contains the single M-Tap Tok unit; no additional mounts, adhesives or software are included. The fold-out loop doubles as a stand, though the manufacturer notes it is not suitable for the largest and heaviest models such as the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Compatibility is limited to MagSafe devices and cases; third-party car mounts or proprietary ecosystems are not supported.

Questions about this item
How do I attach the M-Tap Tok to my iPhone 15 and what is the common mistake?
Align the 3000 Gauss magnetic ring with the MagSafe array on a MagSafe-compatible case; the mistake is using it on a non-MagSafe case where the magnet will not hold.
What part of the grip will need replacement first?
The soft silicone finger loop stretches over time and will lose its spring-back, so the loop itself is the first component to replace.
What limit appears first during prolonged use as a stand?
The stand function is not suitable for large heavy models such as the iPhone 17 Pro Max; the magnetic bond releases before the silicone fatigues.
