Genuine DMD DLP chip for ViewSonic PJD5555W

This genuine OEM replacement chip restores image quality on a ViewSonic PJD5555W projector. It is intended for owners who need to replace a failing DMD component to eliminate dead pixels. The part has been extensively tested at least three times to confirm a clear picture before shipment.

Straightforward chip replacement with alignment care

Installation involves opening the projector housing and swapping the DMD chip on the optical board. The process requires anti-static precautions and careful handling of the fragile mirror array. The most common issue is misalignment after reassembly, which can cause focus errors or keystone distortion.

Verify exact model number before ordering

Confirm that your projector is the ViewSonic PJD5555W, as this chip is specific to that model. Check the service manual for disassembly steps and any required firmware updates after replacement. Buyers who need a different DMD part number or a complete optical engine will not be served by this component.
