Purpose-built office monitor

The ViewSonic VG2448A is a 24-inch IPS display with 1920 x 1080 resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. It targets office workers and cloud-deployment scenarios that need reliable colour consistency across wide 178° viewing angles. The anti-glare panel and 250 cd/m² brightness suit typical indoor lighting.

Ergonomic stand and connectivity bundle

A quick-release stand adds 130 mm height travel, 120° swivel, 90° pivot and 40° tilt so users can switch between seated and standing positions. Integrated cable routing and a client mount simplify thin-client rollouts. Video inputs comprise HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort and VGA, plus a USB port for peripheral pass-through.

Three-sided thin bezel for multi-screen arrays

The 3-sided ultra-thin bezel minimises visual gaps when monitors are placed side by side. This single physical trait determines whether the VG2448A fits a multi-monitor desk layout without excessive seams between panels.

Questions about this item

Will the 130 mm height adjustment and 40 degree tilt let me use this monitor comfortably at a standing desk?

Yes, the stand raises 130 mm and tilts 40 degrees, so you can position the 23.8 inch screen at eye level whether sitting or standing.

Can I connect both a laptop over HDMI and a desktop over DisplayPort at the same time?

The monitor provides one HDMI 1.4 port, one DisplayPort, one VGA and a USB hub, so two digital sources can stay plugged in and you switch between them via the OSD.

Is the 5 ms response time fast enough for casual gaming and video playback?

At 60 Hz the 5 ms grey-to-grey response keeps motion clear for everyday gaming and video; competitive players may prefer a higher refresh panel.
