What the WP71-RC does

The VILNIU WP71-RC is a radio-frequency presentation remote with a built-in laser pointer. It lets speakers advance slides from up to 98 feet away while highlighting details at 328 feet, so they can move freely around a room during meetings or lectures.

What the bundled items change

Two AAA batteries are included, removing the need to source odd-sized cells before the first use. The USB receiver stores inside the remote’s handle, so the dongle stays with the device and is less likely to be lost between presentations.

Installation and common pitfalls

No driver installation is required; plug the receiver into a USB port and the remote works immediately on Windows, Mac OS or Linux. Remember to slide the side power switch off after each session, otherwise the batteries will drain while the remote sits in a bag.
