The VinPower SharkBlu-S5T-BK is a standalone tower duplicator that copies Blu-ray, DVD and CD media to five target drives simultaneously. It includes an internal 500GB hard drive for storing disc images and offers a USB 3.0 CopyConnect port for direct computer connection. The unit operates without a host PC and supports all common CD, DVD and Blu-ray formats including dual-layer media. A 20 x 2 blue LCD panel provides status and menu navigation.

Standalone operation with front-panel controls

No software installation is required because the duplicator runs from its own firmware and the front LCD menu. Common setup issues include forgetting to finalise discs after burning, which leaves them unreadable on other devices, and selecting the wrong write speed for the media grade, leading to failed copies. The 128M buffer helps prevent buffer underruns during high-speed burns. Ensure target drives are loaded before starting a job to avoid mechanical errors.
