Industrial Pipe Inspection System

The visiPower endoscope combines a 10 inch TFT LCD monitor with a 30 metre fiberglass push rod for drain and sewer surveys. A 360° rotating IP68 camera head delivers 800TVL resolution in wet, confined pipe runs. Wireless 2.4G connectivity allows up to five Android or iOS devices to view the feed simultaneously via a free app.

Sustained Operation in Wet Environments

The camera housing is rated IP68 for continuous immersion while the 4.8mm fiberglass rod resists corrosion, cold and tensile stress during long pulls. Twenty white LEDs and eighteen infrared lamps provide four selectable illumination modes for extended low-light inspections. A sun-visor on the monitor maintains screen readability during outdoor daylight use.

Practical Limits of the Wireless Link

The 2.4G wifi signal supports a maximum of five concurrent viewers and works within typical line-of-sight range for pipe inspection tasks. Recording and playback are handled on the connected mobile device rather than on the monitor itself. Cable length is fixed at 30 metres, so inspections beyond that distance require a different system.
