What the scale does and who it suits

The Vitafit VT726 is a flat digital bathroom scale designed for personal weight tracking up to 400 pounds. It suits adults who want a straightforward device for daily fitness monitoring or weight-loss programmes without extra body-composition metrics.

The specification that decides fit

The scale measures in 0.1 pound or 0.05 kilogram increments and supports a maximum load of 400 pounds (182 kilograms). Buyers who need a higher capacity or finer resolution for clinical use should look elsewhere.

Installation ease and common pitfalls

The unit ships with three AAA batteries installed and powers on automatically when stepped on. Users must recalibrate by tapping the platform until 0.0 appears after moving the scale or changing batteries; skipping this step causes inaccurate readings.
