18-Piece Rainbow Paring Knife Set

This VITUER Pk4pc set contains four paring knives and four matching sheaths, giving eight functional pieces in a compact package. The forged German stainless-steel blades measure 7 inches and carry a 56±2 HRC hardness rating for lasting sharpness. Colour-coded polypropylene handles add a rainbow finish to everyday prep tasks. Home cooks and bartenders who need multiple small blades for simultaneous garnish work will find the quantity practical.

Simple Care, No Dishwasher

Each knife arrives with its own protective sheath, so storage is immediate and edges stay guarded between uses. The polypropylene handles are forged to the blade for a secure grip, yet the manufacturer states the set is not dishwasher safe. Hand washing and thorough drying are required to maintain the 56±2 HRC edge and prevent handle degradation. Buyers who need dishwasher-safe cutlery should look elsewhere.

56±2 HRC German Stainless Steel

The single specification that determines suitability is the Rockwell hardness of 56±2 HRC on 3Cr13MoV German stainless steel. This hardness level balances edge retention with ease of honing for paring, peeling and fine slicing. If your workflow demands a harder edge that holds longer between sharpening sessions, this set will not meet that need.
