Full-Body VR Tracking Kit

The VIVE Ultimate Tracker 3+1 Kit delivers complete 6-point body tracking for virtual reality. It includes three self-contained trackers and a single wireless dongle that pairs them all. The system works with a headset and two controllers to capture head, hand, waist and foot movement in real time. Inside-out cameras and computer vision handle spatial recognition without external base stations.

Suited For SteamVR Users And Expandable Setups

This kit suits VR enthusiasts adding full-body motion to SteamVR-supported headsets via VIVE Hub. It also fits owners of VIVE XR Elite or Focus 3 LBE seeking native compatibility. Buyers who want more than five simultaneous trackers cannot expand past the dongle limit. Users without a compatible headset or SteamVR environment will not be able to use the kit.

Up To Seven Hours Battery Per Tracker

Each tracker weighs 94 grams and runs for up to 7 hours on a single charge. Quick charging is handled through a USB-C connection. The dongle uses a proprietary 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi link to communicate with up to five trackers at once. This battery figure is the key metric for planning uninterrupted session length.

Questions about this item

Which VR headset must I already own so the three trackers and dongle can pair and track my waist and feet?

The kit works with VIVE XR Elite, VIVE Focus 3 LBE and SteamVR-supported headsets when paired through VIVE Hub.

Can the wireless dongle in this kit still pair with my original VIVE Trackers that use SteamVR base stations?

No, the dongle uses proprietary 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi for inside-out Ultimate Trackers and does not connect to base-station trackers.

How do I confirm the three trackers and dongle are tracking my waist and feet correctly after I put them on?

Open VIVE Hub on the headset, check that all four devices show green status and 6DoF pose, then move your legs to verify real-time avatar sync.
