Ultra-Wide Clip Lens Kit

The Vivitar 235° fisheye lens clips onto most smartphones to produce a circular, dome-effect image. The kit includes a universal clamp, microfibre cloth, storage box and manual. It is aimed at casual photographers who want creative distortion without buying a dedicated camera.

Clip Alignment Limits

The clamp fits phones where the main camera centre sits within 2.2 cm of the nearest edge. On dual or triple-camera phones the lens must be centred over the primary module, usually the top-left unit. Thick cases can prevent correct alignment and should be removed for best results.

Fixed 235° Field of View

The prime optic delivers a 235-degree angle of view that cannot be zoomed or adjusted. Image resolution remains limited by the phone’s own sensor. Buyers needing a narrower perspective or variable framing should choose a different lens type.

Questions about this item

Is the 235° fisheye lens the only optic included in this white kit?

Yes, the kit contains a single 235° fisheye lens, a universal clamp, a microfiber cloth, a storage box and a user manual.

What does the 235° angle of view actually produce on a smartphone photo?

It creates a circular, dome-style image that exaggerates the centre of the frame and wraps the edges into a distinctive fisheye perspective.

How does the universal clamp attach and what phone sizes does it fit?

The clamp grips over the phone's main camera; it works when the distance from that camera centre to any phone edge is under 2.2 cm, covering roughly 99 percent of current models.
