Universal Treadmill Desk Attachment

This VIVO platform turns a compatible treadmill into a walk-and-work station for laptops, tablets and similar devices. It clamps to the handlebars with adjustable velcro straps and supports up to 22 lbs of equipment. The 34.1 x 11 inch particle-board surface provides a stable, flat area for typing or viewing while you walk.

Compatibility Requirements

The unit fits treadmills with 26.8 to 31.5 inches between handlebars and a maximum handlebar diameter of 2.1 inches. It will not work with tilted or slanted handlebars, and vital controls must not sit on the bars where the straps could block them. Measure your treadmill before buying to confirm the spacing and bar shape.

Capacity and Limits

The 0.6 inch thick platform holds a combined load of 22 lbs, enough for most laptops and a tablet together. Heavier external monitors or multi-device setups will exceed the rating and risk instability. The fixed 34.1 x 11 inch footprint also limits use to single-device workflows rather than dual-screen arrangements.

Questions about this item

Will the 0.6-inch thick particle-board platform need any upkeep or replacement parts over time?

The 0.6-inch particle-board surface has no moving parts and no replaceable components; simply wipe it clean and check the Velcro straps occasionally for wear.

What stops me from loading more than 22 lbs on the 34.1 x 11 platform during a long work session?

The desk is rated for a maximum of 22 lbs, so exceeding that limit risks bending the board or slipping the Velcro straps.

Does the black 17 x 11 platform piece get hot or make noise after hours of walking?

The passive wooden surface generates no heat or sound; only the treadmill motor and belt produce noise and warmth.
