VIVO White Mobile TV Cart for 32 to 83 inch screens

This mobile cart supports flat and curved displays from 32 to 83 inches weighing up to 110 lbs. It accommodates VESA patterns up to 600x400 mm. The unit suits home, office, classroom and trade show environments where a movable display is required. Builders needing a fixed wall mount or a heavier load capacity should look elsewhere.

Thermals noise and power draw

The cart is a passive mechanical stand with no electrical components, so it produces no heat, fan noise or power consumption. Four locking casters on a 35.3 by 26 inch base allow the unit to be moved quietly across hard floors or carpet. When the casters are locked the cart remains stationary without vibration.

Build quality connectors and daily use

A steel frame with a white finish reaches a total height of 61 inches and a base width of 34 inches. The centre bracket height adjusts up to 59.5 inches from the floor. Screen tilt ranges from +15 to -15 degrees for ergonomic viewing. An integrated cable management channel keeps wires tidy. A front utility shelf holds up to 10 lbs for streaming devices or accessories. Mounting hardware and instructions are included.

Questions about this item

How do I attach my TV to the VESA brackets on this cart, and which step do people often miss?

Use the supplied hardware to bolt the brackets to the TV's VESA pattern — 75x75 through 600x400 mm — then hang the brackets onto the vertical rails; the step most often missed is tightening the safety locking screws on each bracket after the TV is hung.

What maintenance will the locking casters and utility shelf need over time?

Periodically check that all four casters still lock firmly and roll smoothly; wipe dust from the wheel bearings and retighten the shelf bolts if the 10 lb shelf begins to sag.

At what point does the cart become unstable if I keep raising the screen height?

The mounting bracket centers at a maximum of 59.5 inches from the floor; raising the screen beyond that exceeds the tested height limit and reduces stability on the 35.3 x 26 inch base.
