Adds a single 10 GbE RJ45 port via PCIe 3.0 x4 with Intel X550-AT controller, low-profile bracket included, supports Windows, Linux and VMware ESXi
The Vszerda 10 GbE network card adds a single RJ45 port to a desktop or server through a PCIe 3.0 x4 slot. It uses the Intel X550-AT controller and supports 10 GbE, 1 GbE and 100 Mb/s data rates over Cat6a cabling. The dual-profile bracket kit fits both standard and low-profile chassis.
The adapter draws 13.4 W and is rated for an operating temperature range of 0 °C to 55 °C (32 °F to 131 °F). No active cooling is mentioned in the specifications, so thermal performance depends on chassis airflow. Power consumption stays within the PCIe slot budget for typical server or workstation loads.
Both a full-height and a low-profile bracket are included, letting the card install in a wider range of systems without extra parts. Drivers are available for Windows client and server releases, Linux distributions, FreeBSD and VMware ESXi, covering most common deployment scenarios.

The card ships with both a full-height and a low-profile bracket. Remove the full-height bracket, attach the low-profile one using the supplied screws, then insert the card into any PCIe 3.0 x4, x8 or x16 slot. The step most people miss is swapping the bracket before mounting the card.
The on-board PHY and controller are solid-state with no moving parts, so no scheduled replacement is required. Keep the slot area dust-free and verify the 13.4 W TDP stays within your chassis airflow limits; the only long-term action is a driver update from Intel when a new OS kernel is released.
The specified operating range tops out at 55 °C (131 °F). Under sustained 10 GbE load the X550-AT draws its full 13.4 W, so case airflow must keep the local ambient at or below 55 °C to avoid throttling or shutdown.
