A 20 metre RP-SMA coaxial extension cable with 50 ohm impedance for positioning Wi‑Fi antennas in the 2.4 GHz band
This 20 m RP-SMA coaxial extension cable connects a wireless LAN router, bridge, cellular antenna, security IP camera or network card to an external antenna. The male-to-female RP-SMA connectors are designed for Wi-Fi equipment and are not compatible with SMA or TV antenna systems. It suits installers who need to reposition an antenna for better signal coverage.
The cable uses a 50 ohm wireless engineering grade wire with pure copper RP-SMA joints that resist oxidation. At 66 ft it provides flexibility to place an antenna at an optimal position without moving the router or radio. The RP-SMA male and female ends lock securely for a stable link in fixed installations.
The extension is compliant with IEEE 802.11 a, b, g and n wireless LANs operating in the 2.4 GHz band and supports antennas rated up to 24 dBi. It does not carry TV signals and is not rated for newer Wi-Fi standards beyond 802.11n. Buyers needing 5 GHz or 6 GHz operation should verify antenna compatibility before purchase.

It is compliant with IEEE 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n, which operate in the 2.4 GHz band for typical Wi‑Fi antenna extensions.
The cable has an RP‑SMA male plug on one end and an RP‑SMA female jack on the other, and it measures 66 ft (20 m) end to end.
Screw the male end onto the router or card and the female end onto the antenna; the common mistake is confusing RP‑SMA with standard SMA — check the centre pin and threads before tightening.
