Vszerda 20ft VR Link Cable

The Vszerda 20ft 90° USB A to C cable connects an Oculus Quest or Quest 2 headset to a gaming PC for PC VR and Steam VR titles. Its right-angled connector reduces strain on the headset port during active play. The six-metre length gives room-scale freedom without a tether point near the computer. It is built for Quest owners who want a single cable for both data and charging.

Sustained 5 Gbps transfer with simultaneous charging

Rated at USB 3.2 Gen 1 speeds, the link delivers up to 5 Gbps bandwidth and has been tested above 1,333 Mbit/s in the Oculus Link software. The 60 W power path (18.5 V at 3 A) charges the headset while streaming high-bitrate VR content, preventing battery drain during long sessions. Nylon braiding and an aluminium alloy shell protect the conductors from repeated bending and floor contact.

Replaces shorter or straight-connector link cables

This cable supersedes the standard 10 ft link cable when the play area sits farther from the PC or when the headset USB-C port faces downward. The 90° plug clears head straps and facial interfaces that block straight connectors. It is not suited for users who need a compact cable for travel or a USB-C host port on the computer.

Questions about this item

Does the 90-degree USB-C plug run warm or draw enough power to throttle the headset during a full-day session?

The cable supports up to 60W at 18.5V/3A, so it charges the headset while streaming without overheating the right-angled connector.

My desktop only has USB-A 3.0 ports — will that be enough for the 5Gbps link and simultaneous charging?

Yes, the cable is rated for USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1/3.2 Gen 1 at 5Gbps and delivers up to 3A charging over a standard USB-A 3.0 port.

Can I keep using my original 3-metre link cable for seated play and only switch to this 6-metre version for room-scale?

Both cables use the same USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1 specification, so you can swap them without reconfiguring Oculus Link or SteamVR.
