8-Port USB 3.2 Gen 2 Expansion
The Vszerda card adds eight SuperSpeed USB ports (four Type-C, four Type-A) through a single PCI Express slot. It targets desktop owners who have run out of native ports and need to attach keyboards, mice, drives, printers or VR headsets simultaneously. The board draws power directly from the slot so no extra cable is required.
Bandwidth shared across two controllers
Two independent 10 Gbps controllers each serve four ports; one controller handles one Type-C and three Type-A ports while the other handles the remaining four. When multiple devices are active the 10 Gbps pool is divided among them, so sustained throughput per port drops below the single-device maximum. The card does not carry Thunderbolt, DisplayPort or Power Delivery signals.
Windows 7 or Vista need a driver install
Modern Windows 10, 11 and Mac OS 10.8.2 or later recognise the hardware automatically, but older Windows releases require a manual driver before the ports appear. Buyers planning to use the card in a legacy XP or Vista system must be prepared for that extra step.

Questions about this item
Should I pick the four USB-C ports or the four USB-A ports for my 10 Gbps devices?
The card splits its 20 Gbps total into two 10 Gbps groups — one USB-C plus three USB-A share the first group, the remaining three USB-C plus one USB-A share the second. Any single port can hit 10 Gbps when used alone.
Will I actually see 10 Gbps on a single port when other devices are plugged in?
Each port tops out at 10 Gbps, but the two 10 Gbps lanes are shared across four ports each, so simultaneous heavy transfers on the same lane will divide that bandwidth.
Does the PCIe x4 slot limit the card to 20 Gbps total?
Yes — the card presents two 10 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2 controllers, giving 20 Gbps aggregate, and the PCIe 3.0 x4 link provides enough throughput for that ceiling.
