Vszerda 8K USB4 cable 1.6ft
This Vszerda cable is a USB4 Gen 3x2 Type-C to Type-C lead rated for 40Gbps bi-directional data and 240W power delivery under PD 3.1. It supports 8K video at 60Hz and works with Thunderbolt 3 or 4 hosts, laptops, phones, tablets and external SSDs. The reversible connectors make it simple to plug in either way.
Check your host and charger first
Confirm that the source port and the charger both implement USB4 Gen 3x2 or Thunderbolt 3/4 and PD 3.1 Extended Power Range if you need the full 240W at 48V. The cable is backwards compatible with lower PD and QC profiles such as 180W, 140W, 100W and 60W. A legacy port will limit speed and power to its own maximum.
Suits high-power creators and fast-transfer users
Professionals moving large video files between Thunderbolt 4 or USB4 Gen 3x2 devices and charging a 140W-class laptop will benefit. Buyers whose gear only reaches USB 3.2 Gen 2 or earlier, or who need a longer run than 1.6ft, should look at a different cable.

Questions about this item
Does the 1.6ft cable include a charger or do I need to buy a PD 3.1 power adapter separately for 240W charging?
The cable is sold by itself; a 240W EPR PD 3.1 charger and a device that accepts 48V 5A are required to reach the 240W rating.
Should I choose this 40Gbps USB4 Gen 3x2 cable or a slower version for an 8K@60Hz monitor?
The 40Gbps bandwidth and Thunderbolt 3 compatibility make this cable suitable for 8K@60Hz video; a lower-speed cable would not support that resolution and refresh rate.
What does the 240W figure mean when I plug the cable into my MacBook Pro 16'' with a 140W Apple charger?
The cable can carry up to 240W, but with a 140W charger the system will draw a maximum of 140W; the cable simply provides headroom for higher-power adapters.
