90-Degree USB-C Cable with 60W PD

This right-angle USB-C to USB-C cable measures one metre and delivers up to 60 watts of power. An aluminium housing and nylon-braided jacket protect the conductors, while a built-in PD smart chip regulates current. The 90-degree L-shaped connector reduces strain on the port and keeps the cable out of the way during gaming or video playback. Data transfers run at 480 megabits per second.

Who this suits and who it does not

The cable works with any device that has a USB-C port, including phones, tablets and laptops. Buyers who need a USB-A connector on either end, higher data throughput than 480 megabits per second, or a power adapter included in the box should look at other options.

Deciding specification: 60W PD at 20V 3A

The single figure that determines fit is the 60-watt power delivery rating at 20 volts and 3 amps. If the connected charger and device both support this profile the cable will fast-charge at full speed; otherwise charging will fall back to a lower rate.

Questions about this item

Will the 90-degree USB-C connector fit next to the HDMI port on my older laptop without blocking it?

The right-angle L-shape bends the cable away from the laptop edge, so it clears adjacent ports such as HDMI or USB-A and reduces strain on the connector.

How can I confirm the cable is delivering 60 W and 480 Mbps after I plug it in?

A connected laptop or tablet should show fast-charging status and negotiate 20 V / 3 A, while file transfers between two USB-C devices will run at USB 2.0 480 Mbps speeds.

Does the package include a USB-C PD charger or only the 1 m gray nylon-braided cable?

Only the 90-degree USB-C to USB-C cable is supplied; a compatible USB-C PD charger must be purchased separately to enable 60 W charging.
