SKU CH-DAJ8-H7632

Splits one motherboard 9-pin HD audio header into two ports using a 10 cm male-to-female Y cable

  • Connects two audio devices from one header
  • 10 cm length fits tight case spaces
  • Male-to-female Y splitter doubles front-panel ports
  • Extends motherboard HD audio to front panel

9-pin HD audio splitter for front-panel expansion

This Vszerda cable converts a single motherboard 9-pin HD audio header into two female ports, letting builders connect both a front-panel audio module and an additional device without sacrificing either connection. The 10 cm length keeps routing tidy inside compact chassis where space behind the motherboard tray is limited. It suits system integrators and DIY enthusiasts who need one extra HD audio port for a secondary front panel or accessory.

Passive design adds no thermal load or noise

The splitter draws no external power and contains no active components, so it contributes zero heat and produces no audible noise during operation. Power consumption remains negligible because the cable simply passes the existing motherboard audio signals through to both outputs. No additional cooling or power-budget planning is required when installing this accessory.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the 10cm Y splitter to the motherboard 9-pin HD audio header?

Align the male plug with the 9-pin header key, press straight down until fully seated, then attach both front-panel audio cables to the two female ports.

Will the 10cm cable need replacement if the connectors loosen over time?

The cable is passive with no moving parts; only physical damage or bent pins would require a new splitter.
