USB-C OTG card reader for phones and laptops
The Vszerda CY-UC-035-TF combines a microSDXC slot with a USB 3.0 Type-A port in a compact Type-C adapter. It lets mobile devices and laptops read memory cards or connect standard USB peripherals such as flash drives or a mouse. The copper construction adds durability for daily carry.
USB 3.0 female port and card slot share the bus
The adapter cannot run the USB-A port and the microSD slot simultaneously; only one function is active at a time. Data rates follow the USB 3.0 Super-Speed specification at 10 or 5 Gbps, with fallback to 480 Mbps and 1.5 Mbps for older devices. Power delivery is limited to 5 V from the host.
One microSDXC slot defines the storage limit
The reader accepts MICRO SD, SDXC and TF cards up to the maximum capacity those standards allow. No other card formats are supported, so users with full-size SD or CFexpress media need a different solution. The single slot also means only one card can be accessed per session.
