M.2 A Key External GPU Dock
The Vszerda EXP GDC Beast connects a desktop graphics card to a laptop through an M.2 A Key slot, using a 26-pin data cable that also fits ExpressCard 34 and 54 ports. It includes a dual TD compatible switch for hardware conflict resolution and multi-stage anti-interference circuitry. Power is delivered via 6-pin and 8-pin cables that support automatic switching between sources. The kit contains the adapter, an M.2 A Key data line, an ATX power cable and an instruction manual.
Suits laptops with an M.2 A Key slot
Owners of notebooks that expose an M.2 A Key or ExpressCard 34/54 interface can add discrete GPU performance for gaming, GPU computing, engineering measurement or data acquisition. The dock is not for systems that lack either of those connection types. Buyers who need an internal PCIe connection or a different M.2 keying should also look elsewhere.
M.2 A Key and ExpressCard 34/54 interface decides
The single specification that determines fit is whether the laptop provides an M.2 A Key slot or an ExpressCard 34 or 54 port for the 26-pin cable. If the machine offers neither, the dock cannot be used. No other interface is supported by this kit.

Questions about this item
How do I confirm the adapter is linked correctly after plugging it into my laptop's ExpressCard 34 or 54 slot?
The 26pin cable should seat firmly in the ExpressCard slot; the board LED lights when the ATX cable delivers power, and the GPU fan spins once the 6pin connector is attached.
Which cables and adapters ship with the NGFF M.2 A Key version and what must I provide?
The box includes the EXP GDC adapter, a 26pin NGFF M.2 A Key data cable, an 8pin ATX cable that splits to 6pin, and a manual; you must supply a compatible GPU and an ATX power supply.
My laptop has both an M.2 A Key slot and an ExpressCard 34/54 port — which version should I pick?
Choose the NGFF M.2 A Key version if you want to use the internal M.2 slot; choose the ExpressCard version if you prefer the external 34 or 54 slot — both use the same 26pin interface.
