Purpose-built eGPU bracket
The Vszerda K43SG is an M.2 M-key NVMe bracket that lets you connect a desktop graphics card to a notebook, ITX, STX or NUC board. It uses a PCIe 4.0 x4 riser cable rated for 64 G/s bandwidth. The 50 cm cable links the M.2 slot to the bracket and the card.
Who it suits and who it does not
Builders with a spare M.2 NVMe slot on a Windows 10 1909 or newer system can add a GPU from the 1660 series or later. The kit will not work with M.2 SATA, M.2 WiFi, M.2 WWAN or USB interfaces. Cards released before 2014 are not supported.
Deciding specification
The bracket only operates with an M.2 NVMe interface and requires a separate 12 V 18 A 220 W supply or a standard ATX unit. Without that power source and a compatible M.2 NVMe slot the graphics card will not function.

Questions about this item
What M.2 slot type and key does the K43SG bracket connect to?
The bracket connects to an M.2 M-key slot that carries an NVMe PCIe 4.0 x4 signal. M.2 SATA, WiFi or WWAN slots are not compatible.
Which power supply is required and how should it be connected?
Use a 12V 18A 220W brick or a standard ATX power supply. Connect the power to the graphics card first, then power on the host system to avoid detection issues.
What system version is needed so the external GPU is recognised?
Windows 10 version 1909 or higher is required. Older versions will not recognise the connected GPU until the OS is upgraded or reinstalled.
