- Connects M-key NVME SSDs to PCI-E 3.0 x4 slots
- Maintains original drive speed through pure interface conversion

- Requires Z97 or newer motherboard chipset for operation
M.2 M-Key NVME adapter
The Vszerda adapter converts an M-key M.2 NGFF SSD to a PCI Express 3.0 x4 slot. It accepts 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 form-factor cards and passes the native NVME protocol through without altering speed. No driver is required for Windows 10 or later.
Replaces direct M.2 slot access
The card lets you add NVME storage when the motherboard lacks an M-key M.2 connector or when all onboard slots are occupied. It is designed for Z97 or newer chipsets and works with XP941, SM951, PM951 and A110 drives. Older 9-series chipsets and AMD platforms are not recommended and may not recognise the drive.
Simple plug-in installation
Insert the SSD into the M-key socket, secure it with the mounting screw, then seat the adapter in any PCIe x4, x8 or x16 slot. The board is transparent to the operating system, so the drive appears once Windows loads. BIOS boot support depends on the motherboard firmware; many systems will not see the drive before the OS starts.

Questions about this item
Does the adapter bracket fit a standard PCI Express x16 slot and which M.2 lengths does it accept?
The card plugs into a PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot and accepts M-key M.2 modules in 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 lengths.
How is the SSD secured to the adapter and what step is often missed?
Insert the NVME SSD into the M-key slot at an angle, press it flat and fasten the retention screw; the step often missed is installing that screw so the drive cannot lift out.
Will the adapter need a firmware update or driver reinstall when I swap the SSD later?
No firmware or driver is required; the adapter is transparent to the operating system, so replacing the NVME SSD later only needs the same physical installation steps.
