Vszerda Quad NVMe PCIe Adapter with Heatsink
Adds four NVMe SSDs through a PCIe 4.0 or 3.0 x16 slot that supports x4x4x4x4 bifurcation, with a 0.32in heatsink and per-drive LEDs
- Add four NVMe SSDs at full 32 Gbps each via PCIe 4.0 x16 bifurcation
- 32 in heatsink keeps all drives cool without blocking adjacent slots
- Individual LEDs show the working status of every installed SSD
- Supports 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 M-key NVMe drives
- Works with X299, X399 and most server boards that support x4x4x4x4 bifurcation
Quad NVMe Adapter for PCIe 4.0 x16
The Vszerda adapter installs four M.2 NVMe SSDs into a single PCIe 4.0 or 3.0 x16 slot. It requires a motherboard that supports PCIe x16 bifurcation set to x4x4x4x4 in the BIOS. The card accepts 2280, 2260, 2242 and 2230 form factors. SATA-based B+M key drives are not supported.
Heatsink and LED Status Under Normal Use
A .32 inch heatsink covers the drives to prevent thermal throttling without occupying adjacent slots. Individual LED indicators display the working status of each NVMe SSD. The design fits standard server and X299 or X399 platforms that provide enough CPU lanes for four drives.
Behaviour During Sustained Workloads
The heatsink maintains drive speeds during extended transfers by dissipating heat across all four positions. No hardware RAID controller is present; soft RAID can be formed in Windows 10 or via third-party software using four identical SSDs. Without bifurcation support only one drive will be recognised.

Questions about this item
How do I install the Vszerda Quad NVMe adapter and what BIOS setting is often missed?
Insert the card into a PCIe 4.0 or 3.0 x16 slot, fit up to four M-key NVMe SSDs (2280, 2260, 2242 or 2230), then enable PCIe x16 bifurcation set to x4x4x4x4 in the motherboard BIOS; without this setting only one drive will be detected.
What maintenance will the adapter and its SSDs need over time?
The 0.32 inch heatsink is passive, so keep the case airflow clear of dust to maintain cooling performance; the card itself has no moving parts or batteries, and the individual LED indicators require no service.
What is the first limit reached under sustained heavy I/O across all four drives?
Each SSD runs at up to 32 Gbps, so the aggregate ceiling is the PCIe x16 host link; if the CPU lacks enough lanes or the motherboard cannot bifurcate to x4x4x4x4, throughput will be limited to a single drive.
