Vszerda R43SG bracket for modern GPUs
The Vszerda R43SG bracket connects a graphics card to an M.2 Key M NVMe slot on notebooks, ITX or STX motherboards and NUCs. It is built for GPUs released after 2015, with stable operation on cards from the 1660 onward. Older cards shipped before 2014 are not supported. The host system must run Windows 10 version 1909 or higher for the GPU to be recognised.
PCIe 4.0 x4 riser cable included
A 50 cm PCIe 4.0 x4 riser cable delivers 64 Gb/s bandwidth, doubling the 32 Gb/s of PCIe 3.0 for a more stable link. The bracket accepts only M.2 NVMe interfaces; M.2 SATA, WiFi and WWAN slots are not compatible. Dual-CPU machines are also excluded. A separate 12 V 18 A 220 W DC supply or a standard ATX power supply is required and must be sourced by the user.
Thermals and power in daily use
The open bracket design leaves the graphics card exposed to ambient airflow, so temperatures depend on the GPU cooler and case ventilation. No active cooling is integrated on the riser or bracket. Power draw at the wall equals the graphics card consumption plus riser overhead, fed through the external 220 W DC brick or ATX unit. Noise levels follow the installed GPU fans and the chosen power supply fan.
