Adds three USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports and one Gigabit Ethernet link through a single PCIe 2.0 x1 slot
The Vszerda SD-PEX50100 adds three USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports and a single Gigabit Ethernet connection through one PCI Express 2.0 x1 slot. It uses VLI VL805-Q6 and AX88179 chipsets and complies with the xHCI specification. An on-board power connector supplies +5 V to the USB ports for stable operation with bus-powered devices.
Verify that your motherboard has a free PCI Express 2.0 x1 or larger slot and that the bracket fits your chassis profile. The card requires a connection to the integral power connector to deliver +5 V to the USB ports; ensure your power supply has a compatible lead. Driver support for the xHCI and Ethernet controllers should be confirmed for your operating system.
This card consolidates a USB 3.1 host adapter and a Gigabit NIC into one slot, freeing expansion space compared with separate cards. The upgrade is worthwhile when you need both extra SuperSpeed USB ports and a wired network link simultaneously. It does not serve builds that require multi-gigabit Ethernet speeds or more than three USB ports.

The card fits a standard PCIe 2.0 x1 slot and has an integral power connector for supplying +5 V to the USB ports, so a spare power lead from your PSU is required.
This model adds two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports driven by a VL805-Q6 controller alongside one Gigabit Ethernet port handled by an AX88179 chipset, giving both high-speed USB and wired networking in one slot.
The USB ports run at up to 5 Gbit/s and support both BOT and UASP protocols, so actual throughput depends on the connected drive and whether your OS uses UASP for lower overhead.
