Vszerda USB-C 90° Extension Cable 8in

This 20 cm USB 3.1 Gen 2 male-to-female cable adds reach while keeping the connector flat against the device. It suits laptop, tablet or phone users who need extra length in tight spaces behind a monitor or desk. The reversible Type-C plugs work in either orientation for host or peripheral roles.

Sustained 10 Gbps data and 5 A charging

Rated for 10 Gbps transfer speeds and up to 5 A current with 100 W Power Delivery support, the cable maintains full bandwidth and power during long file moves or continuous charging sessions. Video output holds at 3840 x 2160 resolution at 60 Hz without signal drop-off over the short run.

Simple plug-in with adapter limitation

Installation is a direct connection — no drivers or configuration required. The 90° male end routes cleanly along the chassis edge. Note that this cable does not function with Apple or Dell multimedia adapter hubs or docks, so buyers relying on those specific accessories will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

Does the 90-degree USB-C male plug stay cool during all-day 5 A charging?

The cable is rated for up to 5 A and 100 W power delivery, and its short 20 cm length keeps resistance low, so heat build-up is minimal during continuous charging.

What must my host device provide for the 10 Gbps data rate and 4 K 60 Hz video to work?

The host needs a full-featured USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C port that supports both 10 Gbps data and DisplayPort Alternate Mode for 3840×2160 at 60 Hz output.

Will this cable work with my older USB 3.0 Type-C laptop that only does 5 Gbps?

Yes, the cable is backward compatible and will operate at the host's maximum 5 Gbps speed while still delivering up to 5 A charging and 4 K 60 Hz video if the port supports Alternate Mode.
