USB-C 3.2 Gen 2×2 cable with 90° connectors

This USB-C to USB-C cable carries a USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 rating and delivers up to 20 Gbps data throughput. It supports Power Delivery up to 100 W and can drive a 4K display at 60 Hz when the host port implements DP Alt Mode. The right-angle plugs on both ends reduce strain in tight spaces.

Users who need high-speed data

The 90° design suits laptop users, tablet owners and VR headset owners who want the cable to run flat against the device. Buyers who require a straight plug for dock clearance or who need longer reach than two metres should consider a different cable.

The single specification that decides fit is

Video output only works when the USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. If the port is data-only, the cable will still charge at 100 W and transfer at 20 Gbps but will not drive an external monitor.

Questions about this item

Will the 90° right-angle connector on this 2 m cable still reach my laptop port if the device sits in a docking station?

The 2 m length and 90° L-shaped plug are designed for tight spaces and should reach most laptop ports even when the unit is docked, while the right-angle design reduces strain on the port.

How can I confirm the cable is delivering 100 W and 20 Gbps after I plug it in?

The built-in E-marker chip negotiates PD 100 W (20 V/5 A) and USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 20 Gbps automatically; check your OS power meter for 100 W charge rate and run a large file transfer to verify 20 Gbps throughput.

Does the box include any adapters or do I need to buy a separate Thunderbolt 3/4 dock for video?

The package contains only the USB-C to USB-C cable; no adapters are included. For 4K 60 Hz video your host and display must both support DP Alt Mode over USB-C or Thunderbolt 3/4.
