Extra-long USB-C cable for 20 Gbps data

The Vszerda USB-C to USB-C cable spans ten feet and carries USB 3.2 signals at up to 20 Gbps. It delivers up to 240 W of USB Power Delivery for fast laptop charging and supports 4K video at 60 Hz when the host port offers DisplayPort Alternate Mode. A nylon braid and aluminium connector housings add durability for daily use.

Suits users who need a single long cable for data.

Creators moving large media libraries between SSD enclosures and laptops will benefit from the 20 Gbps link. Remote workers can charge a USB-C laptop at high wattage while driving an external 4K monitor. Buyers whose devices lack DisplayPort Alternate Mode or whose ports are limited to lower USB speeds will not gain the advertised video or data rates.

20 Gbps USB 3.2 data rate decides fit

The cable’s maximum throughput is 20 Gbps, matching USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 performance. If the connected host and peripheral both support this speed, large transfers such as 14 hours of HD video or 25,000 photos can complete in roughly five minutes. When either end tops out at a slower USB generation, the link will negotiate down to that lower rate.

Questions about this item

What devices must I already own to use the 20 Gbps data rate?

You need a host and a peripheral that both have USB-C ports supporting USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 or USB4 20 Gbps operation.

Will the cable still charge at 240 W if I keep my older 60 W USB-C charger?

No, the cable supports up to 240 W but actual charging power is limited by the charger and the device, so a 60 W adapter will still deliver only 60 W.

How can I confirm 4K@60 Hz video is active after connecting my monitor?

Check the display settings on your computer and verify the external monitor shows 3840x2160 at 60 Hz, which the cable supports when both ends have DP Alt Mode.
