Vszerda USB4 cable 40Gbps 8K 60Hz

This Vszerda USB4 cable connects two USB-C devices with a male-to-male copper construction. It carries data at up to 40 Gbps and delivers up to 240 W of power for fast charging. The cable supports video output at 8K 60 Hz and is backward compatible with 4K, 2K and 1080 P displays. It also works with Thunderbolt 4 and Thunderbolt 3 hosts.

Suits users needing maximum USB4 speed and power

The cable is built for professionals moving large media files between workstations or driving high-resolution external monitors. It also serves travellers who want a single cord for charging laptops at 240 W and docking at 40 Gbps. Buyers who only need basic charging or 10 Gbps data rates will not use the extra headroom this cable provides.

Sustained 40Gbps throughput with 240W delivery

Under continuous load the copper conductors maintain the full 40 Gbps signalling rate without throttling, so long file transfers finish at the advertised speed. The power path handles the full 240 W continuously, keeping even high-draw laptops charged while data moves. Automatic negotiation steps down to 120 W, 100 W, 60 W, 30 W or 25 W when the connected charger or device requires less power.

Questions about this item

Does my charger need to support USB Power Delivery for this cable to deliver up to 240W?

Yes, the cable carries up to 240W but the actual power is negotiated between your USB-C charger and device, so both must support the required Power Delivery profile.

Will this cable work with my existing Thunderbolt 3 dock and monitors?

The cable is compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and Thunderbolt 4, so it will connect your dock and drive displays up to 8K at 60Hz or 4K at 144Hz.

How can I confirm the cable is running at the full 40Gbps data rate after I plug it in?

Check the operating system’s connection details or run a large file transfer; sustained speeds approaching 40Gbps indicate the link is operating at its rated performance.
