USB4 40Gbps adapter for extend and charge

This USB4 Type-C female-to-female adapter extends a USB-C connection while passing up to 40Gbps of data bandwidth. It also delivers up to 100W of power at 20V 5A for charging laptops, tablets or phones. An 8K video signal at 60Hz can be carried through the same link.

Check port and cable ratings before use

Your host and peripheral must both support USB4 or the full USB 4.0 feature set to reach the stated 40Gbps speed and 8K60 video. The connecting cables need to be rated for 40Gbps data and 100W power delivery; lesser cables will limit performance. The adapter uses 24-pin probes inside a reversible Type-C shell.

Aluminium shell runs cool with no fan

The compact aluminium alloy housing dissipates heat passively during normal operation, so there is no fan noise. Power draw matches the attached load up to the 100W maximum, and the adapter itself adds negligible overhead. Plug-and-play design means no drivers or configuration are required.

Should I choose this 40Gbps model or is there a slower version for basic charging?

This model delivers the full USB4 40Gbps bandwidth plus 100W power and 8K@60Hz video; no lower-spec variant is listed.

Will the 100W rating actually charge my laptop at full speed through this adapter?

Yes, the adapter supports up to 100W at 20V 5A, so it passes through the full power your USB-C charger and laptop negotiate.
