What this DVD is

Doctor Who: The Savages is a classic serial from the long-running British science-fiction series, released on DVD by Warner Home Video. It presents the First Doctor adventure in its original episodic format for collectors and viewers who want the story on physical media.

How it fits a collection

The disc plays in standard DVD players and computer drives without additional hardware or software. It occupies a single case slot on a shelf and requires no internet connection, DRM authentication or platform account to watch.

Playback under repeated use

A pressed DVD reads reliably through many viewings because the data layer is moulded rather than written. Surface scratches are the main risk, so storing the disc in its case when not in use preserves long-term playback quality.

How it compares

Measured against everything we stock in Blu-ray & DVD Movies and TV Shows, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Price $33.99
