Ultrasonic Cleaning at 45kHz

The Waterpik Elfois uses 45,000Hz ultrasonic waves to create micro-bubbles that reach crevices a brush cannot. It targets plaque and biofilm on aligners, retainers, night guards and mouth guards. The UV-C light adds a refresh cycle. This unit is not for users who only need a simple soaking cup.

Four Preset Modes Up to 10 Minutes

Choose 5 minutes with UV for a quick clean, 10 minutes with UV for deep hygiene, 10 minutes without UV for deep cleaning or 10 minutes of UV only. The longest cycle is 10 minutes. Buyers needing longer or variable timing must look elsewhere.

Detachable Three-Part Design

The lid, SUS304 stainless steel tank and base separate completely so each piece can be rinsed and dried without trapped moisture. The DC port stays in the base, isolated from water. The open tank fits electric toothbrush heads and flosser tips that enclosed pods cannot accommodate.

Questions about this item

Will the 45kHz ultrasonic cycles damage the acrylic of my older night guard?

The 45,000Hz frequency creates micro-bubbles that lift plaque and biofilm from crevices without abrasive action, making it safe for acrylic night guards, aligners, and retainers.

How can I verify the UV cycle is actually running during the 5-minute mode?

The unit runs a 5-minute cycle with UV activated; you will see the UV indicator light illuminate while the ultrasonic transducer operates simultaneously.

Does the box include a power adapter for the DC port on the base, or must I buy one separately?

The rechargeable unit ships with a charging cable for the DC power port on the base; no separate adapter purchase is required.
