Kids sonic toothbrush with timer

The Waterpik SG-977-8 is a sonic toothbrush designed for children aged three and above. It delivers 24000 strokes per minute to remove up to 99.99 percent more plaque than a manual brush. A built-in two-minute timer with 30-second quadrant alerts guides the recommended brushing routine. The handle uses food-grade ABS and TPE with soft bristles to protect young enamel.

Upgrade from manual brushing

This model replaces a standard hand-held toothbrush for families wanting powered cleaning with timed guidance. The jump is worth it when a child struggles to brush for the full two minutes or misses quadrants. Four selectable modes combine motor action with a white searchlight or colour-changing LED to keep the routine engaging. A single AAA battery provides up to 150 days of use between changes.

Compact handle with eight heads

The package includes the handle and eight replacement heads, giving several months of supply before a separate purchase is needed. IPX7 waterproofing allows the whole unit to be rinsed under running water after each session. The brush heads are matched to the SG-977 series; compatible refills are listed under ASIN. The LED light also helps parents spot early oral issues during supervised brushing.
