This mini base board is built for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 and accepts both Lite and eMMC variants. It suits engineers evaluating the CM4 or integrators embedding the module into finished devices.

Interface limits

The board provides CSI, DSI, RTC, fan, HDMI, USB, Gigabit Ethernet, Micro SD and M.2 connectors in an 85 by 56 millimetre footprint. The DSI port links only to the CM4 DSI0 interface and the fan header drives 5 volt fans exclusively.

Critical spec

A 5 volt 2 amp supply is required for stable CM4 operation and the Type C port doubles as the power input or USB slave flashing interface. Connecting other devices while flashing can interrupt the image burn.
