10-Pack Silicone Stretch Lids

This set contains ten white silicone stretch lids designed to fit containers with openings between 2.5 and 3.5 inches. They suit regular and wide-mouth mason jars as well as various pots and cans. The food-grade silicone material is BPA-free and creates an airtight, leak-proof seal to keep contents fresh. Each lid is reusable and built for repeated daily use.

Replaces Single-Use Plastic Wrap

These lids replace disposable film and foil for covering jars, cans and small bowls. The switch is worth it when you want a washable, long-lasting cover that withstands temperatures from -40 to 446 degrees Fahrenheit. They are safe for dishwasher, microwave and freezer use without degrading. The stretch design allows one size to secure multiple container diameters.

For Home Cooks Reducing Waste

This pack suits households that regularly store leftovers, ferments or dry goods in standard jars and want to cut single-use plastic. Buyers who need lids for containers wider than 3.5 inches should look at something else. Those requiring vacuum-seal valves or rigid snap-on closures will not find those features here. The simple pull-on style fits round openings only.

Questions about this item

What jar rim diameter does each lid fit?

Each lid stretches to cover rims from 2.5 to 3.5 inches, so it fits regular and wide mouth mason jars and most other jars in that range.

How do I get a leak proof seal without tearing the silicone?

Pull the lid straight down over the rim, then smooth the edge with your fingers to remove air pockets; twisting while stretching is the step most people get wrong.

When should I replace a lid?

Replace a lid if you see cracks, permanent deformation or the seal no longer holds after washing; the silicone withstands -40 to 446 degrees Fahrenheit and is dishwasher safe for repeated use.
