Weber 62799 Burner Tube Set

This Weber 62799 burner tube set is a genuine appliance part designed for natural-gas barbecues. It fits 21 specific Weber grill models listed by the manufacturer, making it a direct replacement for worn or damaged original tubes. Homeowners and service technicians can use it to restore even heat distribution across the cooking surface. The part is sold new and individually as a complete set.

Installation and common issues

Installation involves removing the existing burner tubes and fitting the new set into the same mounting points on the grill chassis. No specialised tools are required beyond basic hand tools typically used for grill maintenance. The most frequent issue is misalignment of the gas orifices during reassembly, which can cause uneven flames or ignition failure. Verifying that each tube seats fully over its orifice before tightening prevents this problem.

Compatibility check before ordering

Confirm that your grill model number appears in the approved list of 21 models before purchasing. The list includes numbers such as 6621301, 6619099, 86611001 and 86670001 among others. This set is configured for natural gas only and will not function correctly on propane grills. Cross-referencing the model plate on your appliance ensures the part matches your specific unit.
