Weber Summit 4B Flavorizer Brackets

This set of brackets fits the flavorizer cookbox on Weber Summit 4-burner models produced in 2013. It replaces the original mounting hardware that holds the flavorizer bars in place. The part number is WEB64850 and it is sold individually. Compatibility covers 60 specific model numbers listed by the manufacturer.

Replaces worn or corroded original brackets

The jump is worth it when the existing brackets have rusted through or no longer hold the flavorizer bars level. It restores the correct spacing for even heat distribution and flare-up control. Do not buy this if your grill is not a Summit 4-burner from the 2013 series or if you need a complete flavorizer bar set.

Simple bolt-on installation

Installation uses the existing mounting points on the cookbox and requires only basic hand tools. The most common issue is seized bolts on older grills, which may need penetrating oil or careful drilling. Verify your exact model number against the 60 listed variants before ordering.

Questions about this item

What grill models does the WEB64850 bracket fit?

How do I install the flavorizer brackets on my Summit grill?

Remove the cooking grates and old flavorizer bars, then slide the new brackets into the cookbox slots until they seat fully; the step often missed is not pushing them far enough forward to lock.

When should I replace these flavorizer brackets?

Replace the brackets when they show heavy corrosion, warping, or when flavorizer bars no longer sit level, typically after several seasons of high-heat grilling.
