Genuine Weber hinge cover control panel

The Weber 78772 hinge cover control panel is a direct replacement part for Performer charcoal grills produced in 2005. It fits models 841009, 841004, 841001 and the 2005 Performer designation. The component restores the original hinge and control-panel assembly on compatible units.

New OEM part with precise model fit

Supplied new and sold individually, the cover matches the factory mounting points and hinge geometry of the listed grills. No modification or additional hardware is required for installation on the correct model. The part number WEB78772 confirms authenticity for warranty and service records.

Replaces a damaged or missing factory cover

This part addresses cracked, warped or lost hinge covers that prevent the lid from sealing or the control panel from operating smoothly. The upgrade is worthwhile when the original component no longer aligns or latches securely. It is not suitable for grills outside the four specified model numbers.
