Genuine Weber manifold valve assembly

This genuine Weber manifold valve assembly carries part number 79183 and replaces the earlier 70246 component. It is designed for natural-gas Summit 450 and 440 built-in grills manufactured in 2007 and 2009.

Fits eleven specific Summit models

The valve fits eleven listed Summit models including the S-450 NG, E-450 NG and S-440 NG built-in units from 2007 and 2009. It will not suit grills outside that model list or those configured for propane fuel.

Direct replacement for the original valve

Installation consists of removing the old manifold valve and fitting this assembly in its place using the existing connections. The most common issue is ordering the wrong part for a grill not on the approved model list.
