Target Devices

Sustained Protection

The IP68 rating is verified by submerging the case at 1.5 metre depth for 30 minutes. The two-piece rubber-sealed shell maintains its seal during extended immersion, so the tablet stays dry during swimming, diving or shower use. Buttons and ports remain accessible through precise cutouts without removing the case.

Compatibility Check

Confirm your iPad Mini carries one of the four listed model numbers before ordering. The case is designed exclusively for the 7.9 inch fourth- and fifth-generation Mini; it will not fit newer Mini revisions or any other iPad size. A water test following the manual is recommended before first use.

Questions about this item

Does the Werleo A1538 case trap heat or block the iPad Mini 4 or 5 from cooling during all-day use?

The hard shell encloses the tablet completely, but the precise port cutouts leave the Lightning connector and speaker grilles open so the device can vent normally; no active cooling is added or restricted by the case.

What must I already own for the Werleo A1538 case to fit and function?

You need an iPad Mini 4 (model A1538 or A1550) or iPad Mini 5 (model A2133, A2124, A2126 or A2125); the case is moulded only for those 7.9-inch models.

Will the IP68 seal and built-in screen protector still work if I keep using my original Apple Pencil with the iPad Mini 5?

Yes, the case includes a dedicated pencil holder and the built-in protector maintains touch sensitivity, so the Apple Pencil pairs and writes normally while the tablet stays sealed to 1.5 m for 30 min.
