Hard-shell case for 13 inch MacBook Pro

This hard-shell case is made for the 13 inch MacBook Pro models released in 2020 and 2022 carrying model numbers A2338, A2289 or A2251. The rugged armor shell wraps the device with a shock-absorbing bumper that guards against scratches, drops and scrapes. A built-in folding kickstand adds an ergonomic typing angle and improves viewing comfort. The package includes a silicone keyboard cover for spill protection.

Buyers who need exact model fit

This case suits owners who have verified the Axxxx number on the bottom of their MacBook Pro matches one of the three listed model numbers. It will not fit any other MacBook size, any other MacBook Pro generation, or any non-Apple laptop. Buyers who cannot confirm their model number should look at a different case.

Model-number compatibility decides fit

The single specification that determines whether this case works is the model number printed on the laptop: it must read A2338, A2289 or A2251. No other identifier or measurement guarantees compatibility.

Questions about this item

Will the silicone keyboard cover need replacing after daily use?

The included silicone keyboard cover protects against spills and can be removed for cleaning; replace it if it tears or loses its fit.

What is the first limit reached when the case stays on during long sessions?

The hard shell is fully ventilated for safe heat dissipation, so airflow is the limiting factor rather than the case itself.

Does the hard shell trap heat or make fan noise louder when the MacBook runs all day?

The case is fully ventilated for safe heat dissipation and adds no active cooling, so temperatures and fan noise stay as the laptop produces them.
