iPad Mini 6 Keyboard Case for 2021 Models

This case fits the iPad Mini 6 8.3 inch with model numbers A2567, A2568 or A2569 released in 2021. It adds a detachable wireless keyboard and integrated touchpad to turn the tablet into a compact laptop alternative. A built-in pencil holder keeps a stylus within reach. The dark green cover provides full protection for daily transport.

Touchpad and Keyboard Flexibility for Light Work

The magnetic keyboard removes in seconds and connects via Bluetooth for typing comfort on a desk or lap. The multi-finger touchpad works once assistive touch is enabled on iPadOS 13.0 or above, and also supports Android and Windows devices. Without the keyboard attached the cover still wakes and sleeps the iPad automatically. It does not suit users who need a trackpad on older iOS versions or a permanently fixed keyboard hinge.

Passive Cooling and Silent Operation

The case adds no active cooling, fans or power draw of its own; the iPad manages its own thermals as usual. Keyboard and touchpad run on their internal rechargeable battery, so there is no extra drain on the tablet. The fabric and hard-shell materials make no audible noise during typing or trackpad use. Buyers wanting a backlit keyboard or adjustable viewing angles beyond the stand positions should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the touchpad work with my iPad Mini 6 running iOS 13.0?

The touchpad supports iOS 13.0 and above. You must enable Assistive Touch in the iPad accessibility settings before the multi-finger gestures will function.

How can I confirm the keyboard is paired and the auto sleep function is active?

The keyboard connects via Bluetooth; a successful pairing shows in iPad settings. Auto sleep/wake operates only when the keyboard is detached and the cover is closed over the screen.

Does the dark green case include an Apple Pencil or do I buy one separately?

The case has a built-in pencil holder slot, but the Apple Pencil is not included and must be purchased separately.
