Designed for Fire 7 12th Gen 2022

This cover case fits the 2022 release of the Amazon Fire 7 tablet only. It ships with a universal stylus for touch-screen input. The one-piece design clips onto the device without separating into front and back halves. Buyers with any other Kindle or Fire model cannot use this case.

Hardback PU leather with magnetic wake

A slim hardback shell uses PU leather on the outside and a soft microfiber lining inside. The magnetic strip triggers auto wake and sleep when the cover is opened or closed. The tri-fold front flips back to create both a viewing stand and a keyboard stand. The integrated build means the cover stays attached during every use.

Replaces basic sleeves without stand or stylus

Users moving up from a simple sleeve gain a built-in stand, magnetic sleep control and an included stylus in one package. The upgrade makes sense when hands-free viewing and quick wake are needed daily. It does not suit owners of 2020 Fire HD 8 models or any other tablet line.

Questions about this item

Does the built-in magnetic strip support auto wake and sleep on the Fire 7 12th Gen?

Yes, the magnetic strip automatically wakes or puts the tablet to sleep when the cover is opened or closed.

How does the one-piece clip-on design fit the Fire 7 12th Gen?

The case clips on as a single unit; the front and back do not separate, so you snap the whole shell onto the tablet at once.

What is the correct way to set up the flip stand, and what step do users often miss?

Fold the cover back along the tri-fold crease to form a stable triangle; the common mistake is not locking the magnetic flap into the stand groove.
