Dual-fan heatsink kit with thermal pads and extra LAN and RAM heatsinks cools Raspberry Pi boards quietly at 37 dBA
This dual-fan heatsink kit fits Raspberry Pi 4 Model B, 3B+, 3B and 2B boards. It includes a 5 V dual-fan assembly, two thermal tapes and separate heatsinks for the LAN and RAM chips. The unit draws 0.3 A at 1.5 W and spins at 7500 rpm while producing 37 dBA of noise. It is aimed at owners who need lower temperatures during sustained loads or overclocking.
The kit upgrades boards that currently rely on a single small fan or bare heatsinks. The dual-fan design moves more air across the SoC and the added LAN and RAM heatsinks spread heat from those components. The jump is worth it when the CPU throttles under heavy workloads or when overclocking pushes the stock cooler past its limit.
The assembled cooler measures 25 mm by 56 mm by 15 mm and weighs 40 g. It fits most standard Pi cases, but the supplier notes it cannot fit Retroflag Nespi Case or Case+ without modifying the case and breaking the tabs on the single-fan location. Verify that your enclosure has enough height and width for the dual-fan footprint and that the 5 V fan header or GPIO pins are accessible for power.

The kit measures 25 mm × 56 mm × 15 mm and includes custom 3M thermal tape; it fits most Raspberry Pi cases but cannot fit Retroflag Nespi Case or Case+ without breaking the single-fan mounting tabs.
Apply the supplied thermal tape to the CPU, LAN and RAM chips, press the heatsinks on, then plug the fan into the Pi’s 5 V GPIO pins; the step often missed is securing both heatsinks before routing the fan cable.
Replace the thermal tape if it loses adhesion or dries out, and replace the fan if bearing noise exceeds the rated 37 dBA or airflow noticeably drops.
