Designed for PS5 Pro Digital Edition

These replacement faceplates are made specifically for the PlayStation 5 Pro Digital Edition console. The two-part assembly completely replaces the original white panels with a black finish. They are intended for owners of the Digital Edition who want to change the console's appearance without affecting its operation.

Impact-resistant ABS construction

The faceplates are moulded from hard ABS plastic chosen for its impact resistance and light weight. This material shields the console from everyday knocks and scratches while adding minimal bulk. The shell maintains its protective qualities over extended use without degrading or warping under normal indoor conditions.

Tool-free clip installation

Each panel uses precision-cut clips that align with the console's existing mounting points. Installation is completed by pressing one side into place followed by the other, and removal follows the reverse sequence. The only common issue is applying uneven pressure, which can leave a clip partially unseated until pressed firmly.

Questions about this item

Will the ABS faceplates trap heat or make the PS5 Pro Digital Edition louder during long sessions?

The replacement panels are passive ABS shells with no fans or vents of their own; they simply clip over the original chassis, so airflow and fan noise remain exactly as Sony engineered them.

What must I already own for these faceplates to fit and function?

You need a PlayStation 5 Pro Digital Edition console; the two-part set is moulded only for that specific model and will not fit the disc version or any earlier PlayStation 5.

Can I keep using the original white plates later if I want to swap back?

Yes — installation uses the console’s existing clips, so removing the black panels restores the factory white faceplates without tools or adhesive residue.
