Built for Fire HD 8 2017

This rugged case fits only the 7th-generation Amazon Fire HD 8 released in 2017. It combines a silicone skin with a hard polycarbonate shell and an integrated bumper to absorb drops, bumps and dust. Parents, students and teachers get full-body coverage without adding bulk.

Upgrade from basic sleeves

A simple fabric sleeve protects against scratches but not impacts. The three-layer construction here adds shock absorption and a secure grip, making the jump worthwhile for anyone who carries the tablet daily or lets children use it. The rotatable kickstand replaces a separate stand accessory.

Works with straps and stand

The 360-degree rotatable kickstand locks at multiple angles for desk or lap viewing. An adjustable hand strap and a detachable shoulder strap attach to built-in holes, allowing vertical, horizontal or messenger-style carry. All ports and buttons remain accessible while the case stays on.
